About Chef Keasha

My inspiration for Stuff My Potato is I was having such a hard time narrowing down my menu.  I catered for a friend of mine that does cakes out of Atlanta.  Her company is Virginia Marie Cakes.  Long story short when picking up her food I shared with her how I was having such a hard time dummying down my menu because I had so many menu items.  She suggested that I put a meal in one potato.  Then she showed me a place where they do it in Atlanta and how popular it is.  I said wow, I didn’t ever think about that.

So after she left, I started experimenting with the concept and had several people do a taste test and a get full test off of one potato.  Every person could barely finish the potato and said how delicious it was.  That is when Stuff My Potato was born!  I thank Eboni, owner of Virginia Marie Cakes for coming up with such a wonderful unique idea.
